Our tournament is unique in our structure. HARVARD COMMUNITY ATHLETIC PARK, each team is playing 5 games of pool — then seeded into single elimination games with a Champion on Monday. Our new schedules will be played at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5 pm daily.

Jim and I want to continue to provide you (coaches), the teams, the players, the college coaches, and USA Softball of SoCal the best tournament operation possible. We intend to continue our old school traditions of printing college coach booklets, provide real time live scores, pool play, seeding and a championship single elimination showcase tournament. Jim and I welcome feedback, advice, new ideas, any and all improvements and suggestions, as we do this for you.
PLEASE NOTE: pool LETTER ( A,B,C etc. ) and the POSITION NUMBER ( 1,2,3,4 etc. ) — VERY IMPORTANT : The LETTER and the position number ( Pool 1A or Pool 3C ) when reporting scores — tells everyone W H O, # 1 C or # 2 D ( synonymous I D for your team name ) . The Attendees List online has your I D ( example: American Hero Softball 3C ). The online summary schedule shows which teams are playing in which pool at which field — We also have the schedule for all the pool games on each field ( fence ) behind home plate for all pool games.
WE are asking each teams support for scores to be reported to us timely !!! (Scores Submitted are for Pool Games and Seeding purposes): We are working on a “NEW and improved SYSTEM” of reporting scores in pool play and bracket play —- instructions and information coming soon —
